My garden and me.
Welcome to my website.
My name is Gabriele and as you can see I love gardening.
This used to be my garden. Now, this garden belongs to somebody else. I am sure the new owners enjoy the garden as much as I did.
In the meantime I'm tending my borrowed garden in Essex.
Now in September, my borrowed garden looks lovely.
When I'm in the garden I lose myself and forget all my troubles. I think about what needs to be done and what I'm going to do next.
Anyway, seeing my plants grow, still gives me a thrill every time.
The photograph is about 10 years old. Unfortunately I look a bit older now. Still, keeping up the illusion is quite nice. New photograph as soon as I have had my plastic surgery. Haven't had the opportunity just yet.

Don't underestimate the therapeutic value of gardening. It's the one area where we can all use our nascent creative talents to make a truly satisfying work of art. Every individual, with thought, patience and a large portion of help from nature, has it in them to create their own private paradise: truly a thing of beauty and a joy for ever.
